Congratulations to our managing partner, Martin Birch, who is being recognised for his leadership skills!
Martin has been shortlisted in the Professional Services Leader category at the East Midlands Leadership Awards 2026 for a third consecutive year.
The awards acknowledge the achievements of regional leaders who are driving innovation, championing their team and bringing about meaningful change. The winners will be announced on March 19 at a dinner held at the Crowne Plaza in Nottingham.
Martin is one of seven leaders shortlisted in the professional services category. He said: “I am thrilled to be among the finalists of the Leadership Awards once again and hopefully, it will be third time lucky! Belmayne is growing rapidly and we have ambitious plans for our future, but we can’t implement them without the support of our fantastic team. I am confident that together, we will continue to build on our current success and widen our reach across the locality.”
Martin joined Belmayne eight years ago and was appointed managing partner in July 2024. He specialises in retirement planning and assists individuals, businesses and professional clients. In the last 12 months, turnover and profit has increased and our team has expanded to meet growing client demand.
